Overview

The mission of the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Office of Campus Ministry is to promote the spiritual growth of our students and to create a spiritual community in the school.  Approaching issues of faith from our identity as a Roman Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition, we also honor the rich variety of religious traditions our students bring to the school.  Our goal is to build a community of faith, encouraging students to reflect upon their spiritual lives and to share these reflections respectfully with one another.

Cristo Rey Jesuit hopes to provide a small, holistic learning environment and sees the work of Campus Ministry as interrelated with other aspects of the school.  For this reason, Campus Ministry will also work closely with religion classes, with faculty spiritual formation and with the school’s service program.  Through this cross-curricular approach, the Office of Campus Ministry hopes to maximize its impact on the spiritual life of our school.
