On Monday, members of the Cristo Rey Jesuit, Saint Ignatius Loyola Academy in Baltimore and Loyola Blakefield communities came together in a student and alumni-led peaceful protest. Participants began the march with a prayer at Cristo Rey and then proceeded to march to the Baltimore City Detention Center then to Baltimore City Hall where student and alumni leaders led the group in an 8 minute and 46 second moment of silence in remembrance of George Floyd.
