Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Releases President Position Profile
Members of the school community convene to provide input into critical search
Baltimore, Md., September 15, 2023 — Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Baltimore (CRJ) today announced the continued progress in its efforts to find a new president for the institution, through the release of a compelling opportunity statement and position profile.
“Over the last 45 days since hiring Carney Sandoe & Associates (CSA) to support our search, the team has been hard at work engaging with the Cristo Rey Jesuit community to learn more about the needs of the school as we search for our next president.” said Daniel Rizzo, chair of the board of trustees of Cristo Rey Jesuit.
During August, CSA launched an online survey of the community, which received nearly 100 responses from parents, teachers, staff, supporters, and corporate partners to learn about the communities’ sentiments regarding the school and their hopes for the next president. Further, CSA met with the faculty, staff, students, parents, and trustees to gain deeper insights into the opportunities that lay ahead for the ideal candidate.
