Where Learning Gets to Work!
Our Corporate Internship Program (CIP) provides our students the opportunity to learn and grow through entry-level jobs at businesses and non-profits throughout the Baltimore area. Through CIP, students are able to contribute to the cost of their education by working five full days each month. More than 120 companies participate in our CIP program, and our CIP sponsors include prestigious law firms, hospitals, financial institutions, universities, local museums, and other organizations. Students conduct tours for the Maryland Science Center, or provide office help and Spanish translation for the Baltimore Community Foundation. At Mercy Medical Center, they sort charts, stock supplies, or transport patients. Because of CIP, our students learn about the world of work. They build confidence outside of a classroom, and they learn to envision their own professional futures. At Cristo Rey Jesuit, we are proud of our academics, but our school is also a place where learning gets to work.
