On Thursday, August 23, Cristo Rey Jesuit High School was proud to participate in the sixth annual Jesuit School Shared Day of Reflection. More than 250 educators from Cristo Rey Jesuit, Loyola Blakefield, Loyola Early Learning Center, and Saint Ignatius Loyola Academy participated. This special day of community and reflection was lead by Dr. Marcia Chatelain, author of And Grace Will Lead Us Home: Lessons Learned From Georgetown's Working Group on Slavery, Memory, and Reconciliation.

We were also graced by Fr. Joseph Parkes, SJ, Provincial Assistant for Pre-Secondary and Secondary Education for the Maryland and Northeast Provinces. The day concluded with a mass lead by Father Savard of Loyola University Maryland.
