It is our goal to provide clear steps and materials that allow candidates to prepare ahead of time for their interviews. While interview processes vary slightly by hiring manager and by the kind of role you are applying to, our general process is reflected in the steps below.
- Apply – View our current job openings and apply. If you do not see an opening that fits your skill set but want to stay in touch, fill out this form to be part of our talent pipeline.
- Virtual interview – Once your application has been reviewed, you may be contacted for a phone interview. Some jobs may have an additional questionnaire or request additional information to be submitted.
- Complete an in-person teaching demo and debrief (teachers) OR a performance task and debrief (leaders). Support roles do not typically require a performance task.
